ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
Independence & Support Needs

Victory Creative Learning welcomes children with and without learning or physical disabilities. However, all campers must be able to:

Function independently in a group camp setting
Follow instructions with minimal redirection
Participate in activities without requiring one-on-one support

Potty Training & Readiness

All campers must be:
Fully potty trained with no accidents
Able to use the restroom independently
Capable of appropriate peer and adult interactions
Able to follow group instructions and participate in structured activities

If your child requires substantial assistance, accommodations beyond our staff capacity, or a personal aide, our camp may not be the right fit at this time.

Behavior Expectations

Campers are expected to:
Interact respectfully with peers and staff
Follow staff instructions and camp rules
Participate cooperatively in activities
Use appropriate language and tone
Keep hands, feet, and objects to themselves

Zero Tolerance Policy: Verbal aggression, physical aggression, or persistent disruptive behavior will result in immediate parent contact and potential dismissal from camp without refund or credit.

PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment is required no later than 14 days before camp starts. Failure to submit full payment by this deadline will result in forfeiture of your child's spot with no refund of deposit.

Accepted Payment Methods
Credit or debit card
Checks (in-person only)
Funding sources (e.g., ESA, scholarship funds) - must be verified with vendor prior to camp start date
Recurring payments will receive invoices through our parent portal

We do not accept: CashApp, Apple Pay, or Google Pay

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All camp fees are non-refundable. We offer camp credits only as outlined below:
Standard Cancellations
30+ days before camp start: 100% camp credit valid for 12 months
Less than 30 days before camp start: 50% camp credit valid for 12 months
Emergency Cancellations (Illness or Family Emergency)
If canceling within 30 days due to a documented emergency:
100% camp credit valid for 12 months
Requires supporting documentation (doctor's note, hospital records, etc.)
Documentation must be submitted within 14 days of camp start date

Victory Creative Learning Cancellations
If we cancel a camp due to low enrollment or other circumstances:
Families receive a 100% refund minus processing fees

Important Notes
Credits are non-transferable and can only be used within the same family
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash
No refunds will be issued for behavioral dismissals or voluntary withdrawals after camp begins

LIABILITY WAIVER
I agree to hold harmless Victory Creative Learning, LLC, and its employees from any and all personal injuries, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expenses arising out of or resulting from the use of equipment or property owned by or under the control of Victory Creative Learning, LLC while participating in camp activities.

AUTHORIZATION OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE
In case of a medical emergency when I cannot be reached, I hereby authorize Victory Creative Learning, LLC to seek immediate medical care for my child at the nearest hospital, clinic, or medical center. I understand that I am fully responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
