Vendor Terms and Conditions
The undersigned, individually and/or on behalf of the organization named above, in consideration for the Early Learning Coalition of Marion County's permission to have space at the Truckin' It To Preschool event does hereby discharge, release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Early Learning Coalition of Marion County, its officers, agents, employees, and all other sponsoring organizations from any and all manner of actions, suit, damages or claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damage to the person or property of the undersigned and the undersigned's employees, volunteers, representatives, or agents while in possession of vendor space or participation in the event.
Vendors are encouraged to promote their attendance at and involvement in the event, and promotional materials and links will be provided. Vendors should not create or sell items bearing the name or likeness of the event, including Facebook or other social media events.
All booths and displays must be set-up by 9:30 a.m. Vendors must park in designated vendor parking areas to maximize parking for event attendees.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining their booth and surrounding areas during and after the event, including the disposal of all trash and leaving booth space clean after tear-down. Vendors are prohibited from smoking in event areas.
Vendors must be present for the entirety of the event and will observe provided guidelines for the scheduled sensory-sensitive period of the event. Early breakdown is prohibited.
If vendor is selling items at the event, vendor is responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax on all sales. Aggressively pushing sales to passing attendees is prohibited.
Truck/vehicle displays and food trucks will comply with local, state, and federal fire codes and ordinances.
