I agree that Smith’s Semi Stow, LLC is NOT responsible for theft, damage, fire, weather, vandalism, injury, or loss.

I release and hold harmless Smith’s Semi Stow, LLC from all liability.
By signing, I agree to follow all yard rules:

- 5 MPH speed limit
- Park only in assigned spaces
- No overnight living in vehicles
- No repairs or fluid dumping
- No hazardous materials
- Keep area clean
- Do not share gate access
- Violators may be towed at owner’s expense
