 Please read the below terms and conditions and check the agreement box before submitting your payment. 

By participating in the March Muttness Bracket Challenge (the “Challenge”), participants agree to the following Terms & Conditions: Winners will be determined based on the official scoring of the bracket pool at the conclusion of the NCAA men’s basketball tournament, and all scoring decisions are final. In the event of a tie in total points, one (1) winner will be selected by random chance drawing from among the tied participants.

Winners will be announced following the official conclusion of the tournament, with announcement details determined by the Dubuque Regional Humane Society (DRHS). Winners will have thirty (30) days from the date of the winner announcement to claim their prize by either picking up the prize in person at DRHS or confirming mailing information for prize shipment, if applicable. If a prize is not claimed within thirty (30) days of the announcement, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the runner-up for that placement. DRHS reserves the right to interpret these rules and resolve any disputes.
