The Online Entry system will not save partially completed applications - so please ensure you have all your details ready to complete the Entry Form.
Please note: Pups have to be 12 weeks or older on day of Auction 07/06/2026. To be eligible to be entered under Victorian Government legislation requirements.
To complete the entry form successfully please read through the entry form and ensure you have all the necessary information and documentation prior to completing the entry.
Have a copy of the dogs:
- Microchip number if available. If not available at the time of entry, they are to be submitted to the Auction Secretary email auction@castertonkelpieassociation.com.au , no later than 5:00pm 10/05/2026.
- Vaccination records if available. If not available at the time of entry, they are to be submitted to the Auction Secretary email no later than 7:00pm 24/05/2026. (This is two weeks prior to Auction). (A valid Vaccination record must be between 08/06/2025 - 24/05/2026).
- Please ensure your dog has been treated for internal worms and external parasites within 14 days of Auction.
- Have a photo and short video (this video will be used to demonstrate your dogs working capability to the committee for balloting purposes. If your entry is successful please provide the Auction Secretary with the full video (YouTube link) by 10th May 2026 (this will be used for the QR code in the physical catalogue. The last chance for changes (online catalogue only) is 30/05/2026.
- You will also need to provide: a reserve price, information for catalogue purposes & $100 entry fee per dog (secure credit card payment).
