I understand that Tiburon makes no exceptions to its Tiburon CEO Summit Attendee Policy and Tiburon will not refund my fees if Tiburon is unable to find my qualified title publicly listed, if Tiburon deems me ineligible for any other reason, and/or if I later am unable to attend for any reason. Tiburon targets CEO attendees, and only allows C-title executives, executive vice presidents, partners, and managing directors with such publicly posted titles. Tiburon allows first-time attendees to buy first-time attendee passes but all other attendees are Tiburon members. Hence, I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure my title (and other) eligibility and my own availability.
