  • Each package has its own times and its own booking window, so choose your package first. The calendar will then show only the dates and times available to you.

    • Do It For Me (Simple, The Works, Character Visit) — Saturday 9:30am, plus Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Bookable up to 12 months ahead.
    • Do It Yourself: Standard — Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Bookable up to 60 days ahead.
    • Do It Yourself: Mini — Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Bookable up to 30 days ahead.

    Saturday 9:30am is reserved for Do It For Me parties, and Sunday mornings are open play only. Every booking needs at least 7 days' notice.

    An estimate is fine — we know numbers firm up as RSVPs come in. We will confirm final headcount with you closer to the party.
  • Mini parties are for up to 14 children. For 15 or more we'll move you to Do It Yourself: Standard at $545 — please select that package above.

  • We are a completely nut-free facility. Nothing containing nuts can come into the building — this applies to every guest, adult and child.
  • You're welcome to bring your own food and drink. Cake, cupcakes, snacks, whatever suits you, and most families do. We don't allow alcohol at birthday parties.
  • We can arrange pizza, water and juice boxes for the children. It is $75, and we will send you a separate note about it closer to the party, once you have a firmer idea of numbers.

    • Your $200 deposit holds your date and time. We'll review your booking and email you an itemised invoice for the balance within 48 hours, with your deposit already credited. It will show your package and any add-ons you've chosen. The balance is due 21 days before your party. Additional children and adults beyond what your package includes are settled on the day, once your final headcount is confirmed. Every package includes 15 children and we can host up to 24. Extra children are $20 each on Do It Yourself packages and $25 each on Do It For Me packages, and extra adults beyond the 24 included are $10 each. Do It Yourself: Mini includes 10 children and takes 14 at most. Pizza, water and juice for the children, if you'd like it, is arranged separately about ten days before the party.
