**Must have at least 1 year of basketball experience to play at the varsity level.

Deadline for sign-ups is 10/16/26.
Practices start on 10/26/26.
Games start the week of 11/2/26.

After completing the sign-up form below, please sign and return the following documents listed below. No student is eligible to participate in athletics until we have these on file. These hard copy documents may be returned to their homeroom teacher or the front office. Please mark them for Athletic Department.

*If you have played a sport this Fall of 2026, you do not have to submit forms.*
