Artwork can be sold at the discretion of the artist; it is not a requirement. Rumriver Art Center will take a 35% commission on the sale price of any artwork sold during the show.

Artwork Pick Up

Please email madison@rumriverart.com with any questions or concerns.
Do you want your artwork(s) to move to the Anoka County Library - Northtown Branch? Artwork will be on display at the library from November 2nd, 2026 - January 7th, 2027.
I will pick up my artwork at Rumriver Art Center on Tuesday, November 3rd, betwen 10 am and 7 pm.
I will pick up my artwork at the Anoka County Library - Northtown Branch (711 County Road 10 NE, Blaine, MN 55434) on Thursday, January 7th, 2027, between 4 pm - 6 pm.
I understand that if my artwork that has been unclaimed for 14 days after the designated pick-up date, or if no communication is received by Rumriver Art Center to arrange an alternative pick-up plan, the piece will become property of the Rumriver Art Center. The artwork will either be added to our collection of artworks or sold as part of a fundraiser for the organization.

Payment
The application fee is a sliding scale structure. This means that artist will choose what amount to pay based on what they are able to afford, within $5 increments. This is a flat fee. Whether your work is accepted or not, there will be NO REFUNDS of the entry fees. (Note: one, two, three or none of your pieces may be accepted for the gallery show).
