RESERVATION

Client agrees to hire Sandrel Events for the services selected for the event listed above. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the event date. Full payment must be completed before setup unless otherwise agreed. Sandrel Events reserves the right to cancel services for non-payment.

Client understands that Sandrel Events is not responsible for injuries, accidents, weather conditions, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

I authorize Sandrel Events to photograph and/or record portions of my event and use selected images or videos for marketing, social media, website content, and promotional purposes.

Client is responsible for damaged, missing, or excessively soiled rental items, décor, and equipment.

Client agrees to provide accurate venue information and ensure Sandrel Events has proper access to the event location, including entry instructions, parking details, and any venue restrictions shared with them. If venue permits or special approvals are required, responsibility will be discussed and determined before booking confirmation.

By signing below, I confirm that I have reviewed and accepted the agreements above and understand the terms related to my event services with Sandrel Events.
