Line-Up Begins: 7:00 PM. There are two line-up locations, Nebraska Ave and Lafayette St. Please see the route map below.
Parade Begins: 8:00 PM SHARP
Same-Day Entries Close: 7:45 PM

To ensure a safe, fun, and family-friendly event, all participants must adhere to the following rules:

1. Golf Carts Only
   ❌ No scooters
   ❌ No ATVs
   ❌ No UTVs
   ❌ No automobiles
   ❌ No Bicycles
2. Driver Requirements
   Drivers must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. All drivers must remain sober and in full control of the vehicle at all times.
3. Police Escort
   The Ride & Roll will be accompanied by a police escort to ensure the safety of all participants and spectators. Please follow all police and event staff instructions.
4. No Item Distribution
   For the safety of spectators and participants, no items may be thrown, tossed, or handed out during the parade. This includes beads, candy, flyers, giveaways, etc.
5. Political Signage Prohibited
   This is a non-political community celebration. No political signs, banners, or messages are permitted on golf carts or participants.
6. Decorations Encouraged
   Patriotic decorations are encouraged and celebrated! Please ensure all decorations are securely fastened and do not obstruct the driver’s view.
7. Passenger Safety
   All passengers must remain seated while the golf cart is in motion. Standing, hanging off, or riding on the sides of carts is not permitted.
8. Parade Conduct
   • Max speed: Please follow the speed of the leading Police Escort
   • No reckless driving, wheelies, swerving, or sudden stops
   • Maintain your place in the parade lineup
9. Clean-Up Responsibility
   Participants are responsible for cleaning up their area at lineup and at the conclusion of the parade.
10. Contest & Judges
    You will receive a paddle with a # on it during check-in. Please make sure this # is visible for the judges on the passenger side; zip ties are provided. Judges will be walking through the line-up and viewing the parade for the best!
11. Start/End
    The parade will start on Bank St and end on Lafayette St / Nebraska Ave behind Bourbon on Main & The Social. There are two Line-up entrance locations:
    A: from Grand Blvd onto Nebraska Ave
    B: from Lincoln Street onto Lafayette St
12. Wristbands
    Each golfcart entry will receive 2 wristbands and a map for the AfterParty specials at participating establishments. Additional wristbands for your party are $10 each.

1. Head north on S Bank St toward Main St
2. S Bank St turns right and becomes Grand Blvd
3. Continue straight onto Circle Blvd
4. Continue onto Sims Ln
5. Slight right onto Grand Blvd
6. Turn right onto Kenwood Ave
7. Turn left onto Chapel Ave
8. Turn left onto Queener Ave
9. Turn left onto Grand Blvd
10. Turn left onto Vermont Ave
11. Turn right onto Adams St
12. Turn right onto Missouri Ave
13. Turn right onto Lincoln St
14. Turn right onto Lafayette St
    

I, {fullName3}, the owner/entrant of the golf cart participating in the Golfcart Patriotic Ride & Roll Parade, acknowledge and understand the rules of the event and agree to operate my vehicle safely and respectfully.

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I, {fullName3}, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the following entities and their representatives:

• City of New Port Richey
• City of Port Richey
• New Port Richey Main Street, Inc.
• Event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and staff

from and against any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses, or actions arising out of or related to my participation in the Golfcart Patriotic Ride & Roll Parade.

• My participation is voluntary and at my own risk.
• My vehicle must be safe and properly maintained.
• I am solely responsible for any injury or damage caused by my vehicle or conduct during the event.
