Happy Noises and Hikeabilities are partnering to offer an Occupational Therapy–informed Inclusive Hiking Mini Program designed for neurodiverse individuals (16+), but open to all who want to explore nature in a supportive, accessible group setting.This program provides guided hikes that emphasize body awareness, sensory regulation, participation, and confidence while enjoying the outdoors. Sessions are thoughtfully structured with occupational therapy principles in mind to support diverse needs and abilities. Support personnel are always welcome to attend our events free of charge. This event is rain or shine!
