Happy Noises and Hikeabilities are partnering to offer an Occupational Therapy–informed Inclusive Hiking Mini Program designed for adults ages 18 and older who want to explore nature in a supportive, accessible group setting.This program provides guided hikes that emphasize body awareness, sensory regulation, participation, and confidence while enjoying the outdoors. Sessions are thoughtfully structured with occupational therapy principles in mind to support diverse needs and abilities. Join us for one session or the full mini-series. The last session on June 28th will conclude with a s'mores celebration around a fire pit.
