The Split-Payment Transaction is requested. The costs of services for assessing "proof of stock ownership" are immediately due and, if a Qualifying Stock Holding validation has occurred, the remaining cost of the order must thereafter be paid to complete the order. By electing the split-payment transaction, I/we understand that, because of possible service delays from the split transaction and payment process, the limited money-back guarantee will not apply to this order. (See below for instructions on the payment amount).This is a fully prepaid transaction order. I/we understand the limited money-back guarantee applies to this order, but if the stock is determined to be a Non-Qualifying Stock Holding (i.e., the stock does not comply with the regulatory holding requirements), both service and the service guarantee will be temporarily suspended pending resolution of that issue and Change Order, Cancelation, and Refund Processing Fees may apply.

Charges on the First Transaction of Split-Payment Transactions

Gold and Platinum Service

The amount of the first payment required to commence service is $1480 or, in the case of a multiple joining shareholders, $1480 for each shareholder. Payments may be divided amongst shareholders, but service is not commenced until the full payment amount has been received.

Silver Service with the Add-on "Proof of Stock Ownership" Validation

The amount of the first payment required to commence service is based upon the holding period selected when you placed your order: 1-year ($760), 2-years ($1120), 3-years or "I do not know" ($1480).
