Training Camp officially begins Monday 8th JUNE 2026 at 7pm at BroFit Shoalhaven (The Movement Zone Bomaderry)

You will train together as a group for the first 5 weeks, then split into Red Team and Blue Team for the remaining 5 weeks, training under our two head Boxing Coaches.

This is a male-only event.

Training & Matching
Training will be tough, but we’ll make sure it’s enjoyable so you stay committed and get the most out of the experience.
You will be matched evenly based on:

Skill level
Fitness level
Body weight
Fights will be 3 x 90-second rounds with medium-contact sparring in headgear.

Registration & Fees
Registration: $550 ($99 deposit payable when registering)

This covers:

Full 10-week fight camp
7pm boxing classes Monday & Wednesday plus a Sunday session.
Fight night singlet & shorts & wraps. 50% off 16 Oz Boxing gloves.
There will be 2 classes per week for the first 5 weeks and then 3 classes per week once split into teams (Monday, Wednesday & Friday).

This fee does NOT include:

Combat Sports Authority registration (MUST be done ASAP)
Boxing NSW (MASA) registration

All competitors will receive:

Training schedule
Access to a private team page for updates

Outside of the official sessions, we strongly encourage:

Additional training daily
1–2 PT sessions per week
Attending BroFit 6pm Boxing classes, or TMZ functional training sessions whenever possible

Your event registration does not include regular BroFit classes. But does include 20% off ALL Gym access memberships:

Gear Required, You must supply your own:

Boxing shoes, groin guard, mouthguard & all personal training gear EXCEPT GLOVES for training. MASA will provide official gloves and headgear on fight night.

Purpose of This Event:
This show is more than just boxing. We’re using this platform to help raise awareness for men’s mental health, supporting local groups and foundations throughout the Shoalhaven area.

On the night, we will be raising funds for charity. There will be auctions, raffles and fighter Go Fund me accounts to raise money for the chosen charity.

NO LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
You acknowledge and agree that the use of any BroFit Gym facilities, equipment, products, services, training programs, software, or any other offerings is undertaken entirely at your own risk. It is solely your responsibility to determine whether you require medical clearance before participating in any activity or service offered by the Gym. Failure to obtain medical clearance (if needed) is at your own risk and may result in serious injury or death.

You are responsible for notifying the Gym of any condition or factor that may affect your training or participation, including but not limited to:

previous head injuries
previous bodily injuries or weaknesses
any physical or mental condition, pre-existing or current
Any failure to disclose such information is at your own risk.

Release of Liability
You agree that you shall have no claim against BroFit Gym, its owners, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensees, associates, or representatives for any loss, injury, harm, damage, death, or expense suffered by you or any third party, arising from any cause whatsoever (excluding gross negligence) in connection with your membership, training, or use of the Gym’s facilities or services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, and consequential damages
personal injury
illness
negligence
economic loss
property damage or loss
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical training and activities offered by the Gym.

Indemnity
In consideration for being granted access to the Gym, you hereby release, discharge, and indemnify BroFit Gym from all actions, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, penalties, fines, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from or connected to:

your membership
your participation in training
your use of the Gym’s facilities, services, or equipment
your presence on the Gym premises
This indemnity applies to the fullest extent permitted by law, including circumstances where the loss or damage was caused or contributed to (directly or indirectly) by any act, negligence, omission, or breach of duty by BroFit Gym or its representatives, except in cases of gross negligence as defined by law.

Personal Property
The Gym is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of your personal property unless caused by the gross negligence of the Gym.

The Gym is also not liable for any death, personal injury, or illness occurring on the premises or resulting from the use of facilities, equipment, or services, except where such outcome arises from the gross negligence of the Gym or its representatives.

You acknowledge that the Gym has made no representation regarding any specific level of skill, competence, or guaranteed safety of equipment or services provided in connection with your membership.

These provisions are binding on your:

heirs
executors
administrators
parents/guardians (where applicable)
