    2026 Summer Day Camps

    Fees - $395

    Camps run from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.
    Campers must bring their own lunch and water bottle - snacks are provided.

  • If needed, you may choose ONE of the following:

  • Financial aid is offered at 25% off the camp registration fee for camper families who can pay some but not all of the camp fee. Will you require financial aid?*
  • Sponsorship funds are available for camper families who can only pay the minimum fee of $25 per camp to cover supplies. Do you require sponsorship?*
  • A 10% discount is offered for a sibling registration (for the 2nd child registered). Is this registration eligible for a Sibling Discount?
  • Before/after care for Art from the HeART camp for grades 3-5
  • Before/after care for Spanish Immersion camp for grades 1-2
  • Before/after care for Spanish Immersion camp for grades 3-5
  • Before/after care for French Immersion camp for grades 1-2

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    • My child will follow all directions of camp personnel with respect to our health precautions/ protocols, social distancing, and general safety.
    • The camp is not responsible for any damage to or loss of cell/mobile phones or other items brought to the camp.
    • The camp is not responsible for administering any medication to a child that he/she/they take on a regular basis. Medicines of any kind, including prescription drugs, will be the responsibility of the named parent or guardian.
    • I hereby release Carpe Diem Arts, Inc. and any and all staff and volunteers from any and all liability with relationship to participation in Carpe Diem Arts' camp program. Further, I hereby release from liability the property owners upon whose land and facilities the camp will be located. If my child is injured and requires medical attention, and I cannot be reached for instructions, I do hereby give authority to the aforementioned parties to obtain the necessary emergency medical treatment for my child by EMT and/or at the nearest hospital with the understanding that the family will be notified as soon as possible and will be responsible for any charges incurred.
    • I understand that the Camp does not provide accident/medical insurance for campers. I hereby certify that my child's immunizations are up to date, including tetanus.
    • No information entered on this form will be shared with any other organization.
    • The Camp has my permission to videotape and/or photograph my child while at the Camp. Images including my child may be used for operational training, marketing and fundraising purposes.
