The SOLANO COUNTY BLACK CHAMBER, CALIFORNIA HUMAN DEVELOPMENT and THE CHELU CAR CLUB is hosting
the 4th Cinco De Mayo in Suisun City on the Waterfront on Sunday, May 3, 2026. Come down, celebrate and join the fun. As always the Beautiful Cars of the CHELU CAR CLUB.

Cinco de Mayo, is a yearly celebration held on May 5, which commemorates the anniversary of Mexico's victory over the Second French Empire at the Battle of Puebla in 1862, led by General Ignacio Zaragoza.

PLEASE READ:

Please complete the application below. Vendor Fees are Retail/Goods $100.00. Service/Non Profit - $50.00, Food Vendor $250.00/Cooked to Order - PrePackage Food $175.00. You will also be responsible for City License/and or County food permit based upon your service or product(s).

Payment is required at the time of Registration. NO REFUNDS, RAIN OR SHINE.
