Guest passes are $5/person and can be purchased at the door via QR code or over the phone during office hours.

Being of lawful age and in consideration of being permitted to use the pool, [participant/legal guardian] releases and forever discharges Mount Sequoyah Center, Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, assigns, and successors, from all manner of actions, causes or action, lawsuits, debts, contracts, claims, or demands for or by reason of any injury to person or property of [participant/legal guardian], which has been sustained as a consequence of use of the pool, in any way, notwithstanding that such damage, loss, or injury may have been caused solely or partly by the negligence of Mount Sequoyah Center, Inc.

I agree to hold Mount Sequoyah harmless from any and all claims, loss, personal injury, or damage to my personal property, liabilities, and costs, including attorney’s fees, that may be incurred as a result of my use of the pool. If I or a minor under my supervision needs medical treatment resulting from the use of the pool, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment.

I am voluntarily using Mount Sequoyah Center, Inc.’s pool. I fully understand there are risks involved with use of the pool, such as physical and/or psychological injury, pain, suffering, temporary or permanent disability, death, or economic loss. These injuries may arise from my own or others’ actions or inactions, negligence, or the condition of the pool or the facility. I assume all risks of using on the pool, whether known or unknown to me or Mount Sequoyah Center, Inc. I agree to assume all associated risks and hold Mount Sequoyah Center, Inc. harmless from all damages resulting from injuries potentially caused by the existing cracks in the payment.

I agree to abide by the swimming pool rules posted at the pool and as given by any staff on duty (and as amended at any future date). I understand that I am responsible for the behavior of all parties in my reservation.

I understand that the area is under video surveillance and that my actions will be monitored for the overall safety of everyone using the area.

I understand that there is no lifeguard on duty, and I will not swim alone.

I have reviewed the pool schedule and understand this is not a set schedule and may change. I understand I am only admitted to swim during the allotted time periods. Any swimming outside the scheduled times or jumping the fence will result in immediate cancellation of your membership with no refund.
