There is a non-refundable fee of $100 per table in order to secure your spot. One table per business will be assigned. If you require more than one table, please indicate in the form. If extra tables become available, we will assign it to you at an additional charge of $100 per table. Your payment is due by SUNDAY JANUARY 11
