2026 Steubenville Youth Conference Registration Form

Who Can Attend:

This trip is open to anyyouth who are currently in grades 8-12 (2025-26 school year).

Dates/Times:

We will be attending the Main Campus 2 conference at Franciscan University of Steubenville on the weekend of June 26-38, 2026. We will depart St. Pats at 9:30 AM on Friday 6/26 to travel to Steubenville, OH, and will return to St. Pats at approximately 6:00 pm on Sunday 6/28.

Cost of Attendance:

The cost to attend with us is $350. This covers the conference registration fee, lodging and meals, a group t-shirt, and our transportation costs.

A non-refundable $50 deposit is due now, and the remaining balance of $300 is due May 15, 2026.

If you decide not to attend with us, you must let us know by May 15 in order to avoid paying the $300 remaining balance.

Instructions for paying the final balance will be sent to you on April 1.

If you decide not to attend with us, you must let us know by May 15 if you wish to drop your spot. If you fail to notify us by May 15, you will still be expected to pay the remaining $300 balance. Please note that the $50 registration deposit is non-refundable, regardless of attendance.

Family Discount: If you are sending more than one child to the conference, there is a 50% discount for the second child. Enter coupon code "Child2" at checkout when registering the second child.
