New Member Registration Form

New girl members who join through our Unwrap the Adventure with Girl Scouts campaign will receive a FREE Girl Scout t-shirt as a special gift for joining!
This form is intended for one household, family, or caregiver to fill out at a time at the maximum of 5 girls and 5 adults. Please fill out multiple forms if more than 5 girls or adults are signing up from one household.

Please note - Registrations with T-Shirt orders will be mailed during the week of January 12th 2026.
