1. This event is for individuals with moderate to high functioning Autism. (Autism Level I or II)
2. We will be playing Dungeons & Dragons or Hero Quest, RPGs (Role Playing Games)
3. This will be a weekly event
4. Please designate a PRIMARY CONTACT at the end of the form.
5. ARMS DnD Starter Kits will need to be purchased for a one time donation of $20.00 each.
  1. The Kit will include:
    
    2 sets of polyhedral dice (14 total)

    1 3-D printed character
