AIGA Philadelphia invites you to submit work to Issue 04 of LOCALLY SOURCED, an annual juried digital and print publication featuring student creative work from the Philadelphia and surrounding regions.

**Submissions of work that do not meet all requirements below will be automatically disqualified.**

ELIGIBILITY*

💫 Maximum of 3 projects/entries per person
💫 Each entry may include up to 5 images or videos
💫 Open to all currently enrolled or recently graduated undergraduate or graduate students majoring in an art or design program
💫 Work must have been created between January 2023 and October 2025 in a PA, NJ, DE, or NY institution (instructors must be credited)
💫 You do not need to be an AIGA member to participate

WHAT TO SUBMIT

*Please submit all files separately for printing purposes; submissions with multiple images on a single page will not be considered

**Any animation/video should be accompanied by a thumbnail image or series of stills for the print publication

DEADLINES & PRICING

✨ All submissions due by Friday, October 17, 2025 11:59PM

JUDGING & AWARDS

🌟 All submissions will be blind-juried by the AIGA Philadelphia Board of Directors
🌟 All accepted work is automatically awarded Honorable Mention status and will additionally be considered for Best in Show (1) and Runner-Up (2) awards
🌟 All accepted entrants will receive a complimentary copy of the print publication and will be featured in the online gallery
🌟 Runners-Up and Best in Show will additionally be featured in the gallery at the publication launch & awards ceremony and will receive an award certificate and a small gift
🌟 All entrants will be notified of their acceptance status within 30 days of the final submission deadline

Any project completed while actively a student under the following categories:

⚡️ Graphic / Print / Environmental & Wayfinding Design
⚡️ UX/UI / Interactive / 3D / Game / Product Design
⚡️ Image-making / Illustration / Photography
⚡️ Animation / Videography / Conceptual & Sequential Art

RIGHTS & PERMISSIONS

Entrants grant AIGA Philadelphia the right to reproduce the included pieces in the Locally Sourced publications (print & digital). Select entries may also appear in any and all materials and media produced for promotional purposes. AIGA Philadelphia reserves the right to exclude work that does not meet eligibility or submission requirements or abide by the organization's mission, vision, and values.
