A day focused on women's health- created by women, for women. The Women's Health Expo is being co-hosted by Direct Surgical Care of Hot Springs and the Hot Springs Women's Leadership Alliance. The purpose is to promote women’s wellness through education, screenings, and access to local providers and resources. Dr. Mandy Rice will be the Medical Director overseeing the expo.

Exhibitor Information
- This event is proudly organized by women, for women- inlcluding our exhibitor marketplace. Exhibitors are open exclusively to women providers, women-owned businesses, and women-led organizations.
- A non-refundable booth fee is required to reserve your space. Fees range from $125 to $200 depending on booth size. Discounted rates are available for 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, but space is limited. Please contact sarah@hswomenleaders.org to receive a nonprofit discount code.
- Exhibitors are responsible for setup and teardown of their booths within the designated timeframe.
- Exhibitors may begin setup the day before on Wednesday, October 1st between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. On the day of the event, Thursday, October 2nd, access will begin at 9:00 AM, and all booths must be fully set up by 9:45 AM.
- Booths must be occupied at all times.
- No booth teardown before 3:00 PM on the day of the event. Booths must be completely torn down by 5:00 PM.
- Each exhibitor is provided one (1) table and two (2) chairs unless otherwise specified. Pipe and drape will be installed for booths positioned back-to-back.
- Requests for electricity or special accommodations must be submitted during registration and will cost an extra $25. Electrical access is limited and not guaranteed. Cords are not allowed to run across any exhibit hall areas.
- Exhibitors are encouraged to bring brochures, flyers, educational material, and a raffle item. Attendees will be given a booth passport to complete.
- Exhibitors may distribute health-related information, samples, or promotional giveaways. All materials must be appropriate for a general audience.
- On-site sales are permitted unless otherwise restricted by venue rules or local regulations.
