  • Upon submission, you will be contacted by Coach Calista, co-director of Strength and Conditioning, to arrange your introductory training phase.

    Before continuing, be aware that in order to stay in this program you need to be keeping your lifting logs, sending me, Coach Calista, pictures of them (if you're lifting off-site), and checking in with me. This rule is in place for safety reasons and needs to be followed to ensure your health, progress, and well-being.

    Fee includes: strength plan for 6 months at Redline Athletics, squat belt (required), and resistance band set (required)
  • NOTE: This current session runs from January 5th to July 2nd, 2026. Because we are temporarily using a new facility that has different payment policies, we are not able to offer a monthly payment option at this time. We are also not able to prorate our fees so payment(s) must be submitted for the whole timeframe at once or in two separate installments ($150 at checkout and $150 on March 5th). If you sign up before March 5th, the full payment total is required. If you sign up after March 5th, you will only be charged $150.

     

    Practices are 4-5pm, Mondays & Thursdays, at Redline Athletics in Brooklyn Park.

    Release of Liability: I hereby agree to allow my child(ren), and/or myself to voluntarily participate in said named Minnesota Flyers Track and Field activity and authorize Minnesota Flyers Track and Field, Inc., to process my payment electronically.

    I, registrant, or parent/guardian if registrant is a minor, confirm that I and the registrant have read, understand, and agree to the Athlete Code of Conduct, Parent Code of Conduct, and Age Verification Requirement as available for viewing and download on our website policies page HERE (minnesotaflyers.com/policies) and via the links above. I further confirm I will follow the welcome email instructions to promptly create a member account for the Minnesota Flyers private members-only team site, where I will then join the Performance Strength group and review the instructional materials provided. Furthermore, I agree that I will receive my training equipment after the strength coach confirms that I have reviewed all materials. I understand that this is for my safety as well as the safety of others who will be exercising in my vicinity.

    I, registrant, or parent/guardian if registrant is a minor, agree to abide by the rules of Minnesota Flyers Track and Field, Ultimate Athlete Training Group, USATF, AAU, ISD #270, the Cities of Hopkins and Minnetonka, and their affiliated organizations and/or sponsors.

    Program Format: I, registrant, or parent/guardian if registrant is a minor, understand that I must coordinate an initial introductory consultation and instruction phase in order to proceed with this method of training. I further understand that if I choose to lift on my own, I must first be cleared by the strength coach to lift alone from the initial in-person training phase, at which time I, registrant, will proceed on my own at a facility of my choosing using the provided instructions and guidelines to create a schedule. The criteria to lift off-site includes demonstrating knowledge and understanding of the format and excerises, using proper form for the exercises, demonstrating the maturity and attention to the provided instructions and strength plans, having appropriate equipment access, confirming a knowledgable spotter is available to you, and any other requirements as determined by the strength coach.

    Participation/Continuation Requirement: I, registrant, or parent/guardian if registrant is a minor, understand and agree that whether I lift on-site with a strength coach, or off-site at my own facility, that in order for me continue participation in this program I must: demonstrate the maturity and attention to instructions to prevent injuries and accidents in the weight room, have a spotter available during heavy lifts as showing in the instructions, have appropriate equipment access and use, complete accurate log entries, and make every effort to meet the minimum required days. These are critical safety concerns in our Performance Strength program, so I understand that if I cannot adhere to these requirments, I will be removed from the program. Lastly, I understand that if I am not able to commit to training a minimum of twice per week or an average seven times per month, that I may not experience results and agree that this by my choice.

    I, registrant, or parent/guardian if registrant is a minor, understand that the equipment provided within the registration materials is supplied by a third party, and do not hold Minnesota Flyers, Ultimate Athlete Training Group, or their affiliated organizations and/or sponsors responsible for any defects, malfunctions, or incorrect usage.

    Assumption of Risk: I, registrant, or parent/guardian if registrant is a minor, hereby, for myself and my heirs, release, discharge, and waive any and all rights and claims for damages, and/or otherwise indemnify Minnesota Flyers Track and Field Inc., its above named affiliated organizations and sponsors, their employees and associated personnel, including any facilities and equipment utilized for the program, as a result of the my participation in the program and/or for any and all injuries from whatever cause suffered by the above participation in Minnesota Flyers Track and Field activities. 

    In the event of sudden illness, accident, injury, or other emergency which may occur while said participant is engaged in an activity supervised by Minnesota Flyers Track and Field, the staff has my permission and consent to use their judgment as deemed necessary under the circumstances by Minnesota Flyers Staff with regard to medical treatment including transportation and care by a duly licensed Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Dentistry which I hereby authorize until I can be contacted, and I release and hold harmless any member of the Minnesota Flyers Track and Field organization and the aforementioned organizations, schools, and cities showing under "Release of Liability," and their affiliated organizations and/or sponsors.

    Pictures and videos taken of participants enjoying Minnesota Flyers Track and Field activities are often used for program promotion and teaching. I hereby grant permission to use media and quotes of registrant(s) for these purposes.

    Behavior Policy: I, registrant, or parent/guardian if registrant is a minor, recognize that disruptive, and/or offensive, and/or unsafe behavior can affect the safety of all involved especially due to the nature of equipment involved in this program. Should I display disruptive, offensive, or unsafe behavior, coaches and staff have my permission to remove me/registrant from the vicinity as needed, and I further understand and agree that such behavior will result in my/registrant's removal from the program.

    Digital Rights Agreement: Any materials provided either digitally or virtually are the intellectual property of Minnesota Flyers coaches and staff. Material is to be used for training purposes of said registrant only; any other use is prohibited and content may not be copied, shared, published or in any way reproduced.

    Cancellation Policy: I, registrant, or parent/guardian if registrant is a minor, understand I may cancel by noon on the date of my first training and/or instructional session, and that to do so I must contact Minnesota Flyers Track and Field in writing to admin@minnesotaflyers.com to request to cancel; I further understand any refund will be less costs incurred and said costs must be deducted from the registration fee refund, and understand that after such time all fees will be fully processed so agree that there will be no refunds issued for any reason. Minnesota Flyers Track and Field reserves the right to cancel individual sessions due to weather, facility closure, or any other necessary emergencies. Cancelled sessions are non-refundable however, every effort will be made to offer a make-up session.

    Agreement: By clicking the "Acknowledgement" box below and entering a signature in the electronic signature box, you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on this agreement, that you are the registrant, or the registrant's parent or legal guardian if registrant is a minor, that you give your consent for registrant to participate with Minnesota Flyers Track and Field, that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate your e-signature and the lack of such certification or third party verification will not invalidate this document or affect the enforceability of your e-signature, and that you are aware and accepting of all terms and conditions in this document in it's entirety.
