  • POLICIES

  • BOOKING POLICY:

    1. All bookings must be made in advance, preferably a minimum of 5-7 days in advance.

    2. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the start date of the course/session will receive no refund.

    3. All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.

    4. Late arrivals to the course may result in having to undertake a private class to catch up on course material. The student will be liable to pay for the extra private classes.

    5. All students must follow the dress code specified by the academy and must arrive at the academy on time for their classes.

    6. All students must adhere to the terms and conditions outlined by the academy when booking.

    7. Students and guests must respect the rights of others and display appropriate behavior.

    8. The academy reserves the right to refuse any booking or to remove any student or guest from the premises who is disruptive or in breach.

  • LATENESS/NO SHOW POLICY:

    At Straight Walk Runway (Modeling Academy), punctuality and attendance are crucial to ensuring every student gets maximum benefit out of every lesson. To that end, we have established the following lateness/no show policy.

    1. All students are expected to arrive to class on time. Students arriving more than 10 minutes late will be marked as no-show unless they have contacted the Academy to provide an acceptable reason for their tardiness.

    2. If a student is going to be absent or late, they must contact the Academy at least 24 hours in advance, or on the same day if it is for medical reasons.

    3. If a student does not show up to a lesson within 15 minutes of the start time, they will be considered a no-show and a make-up lesson will not be offered.

    4. If a student shows repeated signs of lateness and/or no-shows the Academy reserves the right to ban student from booking with the Academy in the future.

    We take these matters very seriously. We expect the model to be courteous and professional under all circumstances and to adhere to the expectations of the Academy. We reserve the right to take appropriate action if these expectations are not met.

  • NO REFUND POLICY

    Thank you for your interest in our modeling academy. Please take notice that our school offers a No Refund Policy.

    Once a student has enrolled in our modeling academy, no refund of any enrolled fees and/or tuition will be offered, regardless of the reason(s) behind the decision to terminate enrollment.

    No refunds will be offered in the event of absences or dismissal due to failure to comply with our school's policies or any violations of the law.

    In the event extenuating circumstances arise, we reserve the right to apply this policy on an individual basis.

    We appreciate your understanding and appreciate your decision to enroll in our modeling academy.

  • PHOTO RELEASE, AGREEMENT AND WAIVER:

    I, _       (“Model”), agree to participate as a model in the following behind the scene photographic and/or behind the scene videographic shots (“Behind The Scenes Shots”), owned by Straight Walk Runway (“Model Academy”). I agree to provide any information requested by the Photographer either before, during, or after the Shoot.

    During and after my training session, I         hereby grant Straight Walk Runway full rights to use, print, reproduce, display, create derivative works of, and distribute (either partially or entirely) the photographs and/or videos taken during my training session, including my name, likeness and any biographical material of me provided by me to Straight Walk Runway (“Materials”). These Materials may be used in any media format without limitation or compensation of any kind.

    I         also acknowledge that the Model Academy is not responsible for any use of Materials that may be deemed libelous, defamatory, embarrassing,
    field.
