2026 Apple Harvest Festival Vendor Registration for Saturday, October 3, 2026

Vendor Terms of Participation:
1. Festival hours are ONLY for Saturday, October 3rd from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. No vendor setup on Friday.
2. Vendors must be fully set up and ready to greet the public by 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
3. All vendors must remain on the premises until 4:00 p.m.
4. Vendors who leave early may not be invited to return the following year.
5. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their spaces after the festival.
6. All booth spaces are outdoors and approximately 10' x 10' on concrete, grass, or gravel surfaces.
7. Due to limited festival space, vendor placement is at the sole discretion of the Onalaska Alliance. Vendors will receive their assigned space number via email prior to the festival.
8. A limited number of vendors will be accepted per product category.
9. Political or campaign vendors are not permitted.
10. Children must be supervised at all times in event areas.
11. Vendors must comply with all Department of Health requirements and LNI State requirements.
12. All vendors must carry proof of their own insurance coverage.

Hold Harmless Agreement

By signing below, the Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to abide by all Policies of the Onalaska Apple Harvest Festival and the terms and conditions outlined herein. The Vendor agrees to sell only the items listed on this application.

The Vendor is solely responsible for the quality and safety of all products sold. The Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Onalaska Apple Harvest Festival, the Onalaska Alliance, and all agencies or organizations with which the Onalaska Apple Harvest Festival has agreements, from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from injuries to persons, loss of life, or damage to property, on or off the premises, resulting from the Vendor’s use or occupancy of the premises or from the Vendor’s acts or omissions.

The Vendor further agrees to defend, at their own expense, any action brought against the Onalaska Apple Harvest Festival, the organizations listed above, or any person or organization with which the Onalaska Apple Harvest Festival has a contractual relationship, arising from the Vendor’s activities, acts, or omissions.
