1. Tickets are non-refundable, unless severe weather results in the cancellation of the event. 

2. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your chosen entry time. 

3. Chosen entry time is approxiate. 

4. Groups are limited to a maximum of 8 people to ensure the best experience on the trail.

By entering this event, all participants acknowledge and agree to release the McKnight Family Maple, all sponsors, organizers, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from participation in the Haunted House and Haunted Forest.

This event includes scary and potentially disturbing images, sounds, and scenes created for entertainment purposes. Participants understand and accept that there are physical risks associated with walking through dark, uneven, and wooded areas. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for your own actions, decisions, and safety during the event.

For Parents and Guardians:
By allowing a minor to participate, you acknowledge and accept that this event contains scary and potentially disturbing content including loud noises, special effects, and dark wooded paths. You assume full responsibility for your child's participation and behavior during the event and agree to hold harmless the McKnight Family Maple, all sponsors, organizers, and volunteers. All children 15 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
