Payment, Deposit, and Booking Understanding* This field is required.I understand that pricing, scope, booking confirmation, and any applicable engagement package are subject to review and written confirmation by D.O.P.E. DSW®. I understand that a one-fourth (25%) deposit is required at booking confirmation to secure the engagement date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. I further understand that the remaining balance is due on the day of the event no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the engagement, unless otherwise agreed in writing. I understand that booking is not considered confirmed until any required deposit and written confirmation have been received and accepted.
